Hope will be spelled CS-7017 for the next weeks

"CS-7017 is a new type of oral drug that is similar to some medicines called "thiazolidendiones" (known by commercial names such as Avandia and Actos) used to treat people with diabetes. This drug activates signals inside cells by turning on a molecular switch called "PPAR-gamma". In laboratory studies, CS-7017 appears to stop cancer cells from growing and destroys some cancer cells".

This is my new drug, my new hope, courtesy of Daiichi-Sankyo. For the next six weeks my fingers will be crossed when I swallow my morning and evening pills. It is hope, 0.25 mg at a time.

Who knows.... CS-7017 might be the one.
